Excellent service friendly staff. Good parking and easy walk into centre along a well lit lane.

A small point but the breakfast was not included in the price.

Wonderful

We had dinner Friday night and Saturday Night. The food was amazing you could not fault it. Portion sizes were great value for money, even the kids portions were great for the price. The location of the hotel was perfect, you can walk to the city centre. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel. Clean. Parking. Good staff.

Breakfast was not the best. Even though I had paid for the breakfast. I didn't have it the second day and decided to eat else where.

Great hotel lovely facilities but more service staff in restaurants

Lovely hotel in a nice location. Great pool and facilities

Staff were rushed at dinner time and left us waiting for a long time before next course. We were behind a wall in the bar and could not make eye contact !!

Room was lovely clean,comfortable.

Room was lovely clean,comfortable.house keepers very friendly. Food very nice.

The staff need better customer service training. Had to wait at bar before we got served. Other customers came after us. They got served straight away. Same at breakfast. We were seated but 15min later still waiting to get teas coffee. Other guests were seated after us and got served before us. Apologies don't make up for it.

Unhelpful and unaccommodating staff

Comfortable beds.

The staff were extremeley unhelpful and very unaccommodating. I had made a very large group booking for 2 nights and one member of our group became ill and couldn't make it. The hotel refused to give us a refund for him for either night and charged us in full for him for both nights even though he was staying in a triple room and they could have easily changed it to a double. Extremeley unaccommodating as they did not lose out on any other bookings because of this drop off in numbers as he was in a triple room with other members of the group and the hotel charges per person and not per room. There was a HORRIFIC smell coming from the bar on Saturday and was extremeley unpleasant to sit in the bar. The shower in one of the rooms didn't work properly at all and only released a trickle of water. Very bad value for money as I've stayed in much nicer hotels for a lot cheaper and have never found a hotel to be so unflexible with a change in numbers with a large group. Would 100% NOT recommend to stay here.

Breakfast was shocking.

Breakfast was shocking. Had queues of people standing at door waiting to be seated and no staff even speaking to them. We decided to seat ourselves then the useless staff avoided eye contact to avoid having to take an order. When we eventually went and asked them to take order the breakfast was poor. Full Irish looked like each item had been baked in an oven. A good set of teeth are required to chew on breakfast!! Probably the worst breakfast set up of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Rooms were clean and tidy.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were lovely in bar and pool areas.

Food at dinner wasnt the hottest had to ask to put it in microwave. Steam room out of service. Work been done in pool area and are bedroom was looking straight out on the work. 3 people staying in triple room with 2 cups, 2 glasses etc.

Not happy

We were put into a room on the first floor and the noise level was terrible, we could hear everything happening outside our room and could hear people in their rooms very clearly that would could actually hear their conversations. The room wasn't what we expected at all pillows were hard and surprised that a four star hotel doesn't allow you to control the heating and then doesn't give you extra covers or pillows. We asked could we change rooms to one with a balcony as we weren't happy with the "heated smoking area" there was a small canopy with 2 small heaters and an ashtray, we couldn't sit out on the chairs as it was raining, I was under the impression that they would have some sort of a shelter if it was supposed to be a "heated smoking area" the staff were quick enough to change us to another room but it just seems that all rooms are kind of the same just we had a balcony instead with an ashtray. The balcony door is put on backwards so when you are trying to open the door you end up getting your hand caught between the other side of the door and the handle. The rooms look so much bigger in the pictures, the decor is mix matched with white furniture, velvet purple light shades. The lamps flickered constantly when turned on. Grey carpet and a huge mahogany wood wardrobe which is a big eyesore. The shower was way to high up the wall so kind of felt like it was raining in you and you couldn't control the pressure of the water or the temperature really. We weren't greeted well by staff upon arrival and not really given any leaflets about what was around the area for us to do " which I have received in budget hotels" when checking out they took our key and said thanks, didn't ask if we enjoyed our stay, didn't ask if we would like to give some feedback and didn't even say as much as a goodbye hope to see you again.

Lovely stay. Accessable to the City. Will return.

The Staff at the Hotel are exceptionally friendly and very customer orientated. From the staff at Reception, Restaurant, Bar and the Cleaners, everyone was lovely to speak to. Bar Menu very nice. Very enjoyable stay. Will go back again.

Pleasant stay in tranquil surroundings

Location, room decor, lesiure centre, breakfast was order from a menu which I liked

Bathroom decor was very standard compared to the rest of the room and hotel. Main two plug sockets didn't work in our room either.
